Один из методов определения терминальной стоимости объекта оценки: использование множителя к доходному параметру в конце прогнозного периода для получения приведенного (современного) значения терминальной стоимости. Среди таких параметров — чистая прибыль, доходы до вычета процентов и налогов (EBIT),а также и т.д.
